At the Rowland, the over-arching goal of the Wong Lab was to investigate how biological systems work at the nanoscale, and the physical laws that govern their behavior. They developed and applied novel methods for biophysics research, with a focus on non-covalent interactions between and within single biomolecules, and their coupling to force.
